We provide all aspects of program evaluation services to federal, provincial, and local government, non-profit organizations, as well as private sector and associations. Our team have conducted over 300 evaluations in the areas of immigration, social services, health, economic development, First Nations, education, environment, transportation, agriculture, tourism, art and culture and many others. For large majority of those evaluation we have developed program models and logic models, defined evaluation issues and indicators, and developed strong research methodologies that have been successfully applied in conducting large and small scale research projects in time and on budget.
